Answering questions

RefTracker provides ways to manage your task and request answering workload, and to work better as a team as you do that.  We will now look at how that workload can be answered.

RefTracker’s tools provide ways to answer your tasks and requests more efficiently, but sometimes it is more convenient to use your email.
