Client Comment

According to how your system has been configured, comments can be submitted directly from the client interface using the Comments link in the header bar or on the client home page. Your System administrator may also have linked a comment form into the response email so that clients can provide a comment on the service they received. Whichever entry point is chosen, the client is presented with your organisation’s version of the above screen.
Just as the Lost questions service uses a Request form to define the questions that will be asked of the client, so this Comments form uses a Request form that can be amended by your systems librarian.
Exercise:
Enter a comment, and any other information you would like to fill out this form.
Note that contact details are not mandatory – comments can be made anonymously (in this version of the comments screen anonymous comments are made by choosing Contact method “No response required”, as explained in the form).
Click on Submit.
