Confirmation that Comment has been sent to the library

As usual RefTracker provides immediate confirmation that the Comment has been sent to the library, including a question number that the client can use to follow up their comment, should they desire to do so.
If the client provides email contact information, a confirmation is also sent by email, and of course a staff member is advised (or the question goes into the Pool for selection by a staff member).
Note that in the case of Comments without contact details, the allocation email received by the staff member clearly identifies that Contact method is “No response required”, so the staff member can tell that a response is not required.
