Results from KB/FAQ Search

Search words are highlighted, and the question and answer are included in this multi-record results display.
If the question or answer text is long, it may be truncated on this display.
The [more] symbol can be clicked to see the full text, or alternatively you can click on the Q# at the left to see the full record display.
If an attachment was included with the answer, it is clearly indicated on this display and can be clicked to view. The browser “Save as” function can be used to save a copy of the file being viewed.
Clients can also click on URLs and they will be displayed in a separate window. If the client does not find what they want in that separate window they can simply close the separate window and go back to working with the RefTracker results set.
Exercise:
Try clicking on any URL’s and attachments that you see in the results to your search.
