This is an example of what your system administrator can set up to advise clients of the breadth of reference service that you can provide through this interface, and any limitations on that service. This link may have been set to link out to a page outside of RefTracker such as the page in your web site describing your Request answering policies. The objective of this link is to ensure that client expectations of the service are set correctly.
