Client Welcome Screen Main functions

The Welcome (home) screen of the RefTracker client interface provides access to its major functions:
-The ability to search the knowledge database that you develop using RefTracker,
-The ability to search other information sources,
-The ability to submit questions (and comments) to the service, and
-The ability to manage questions already submitted t this service – change them, cancel them, and obtain status updates as they are worked on by the service.

Exercise:
If your organisation has an Other resources link, click on it (and go to the next section).
