And what if the client wants to view the question’s correspondence history?

This screen summarises the correspondence that has occurred in relation to this question between your RefTracker based service and the client, with the latest correspondence at the top.  It shows any email or text sent between the client and staff members and the fields for which data was collected using the labels provided by the form that the client used.  The client can never see internal staff notes or correspondence, or data fields collected that are not visible in the form that they completed (such as hidden fields or automatically collected fields like IP address), as this History ONLY shows things that have been delivered to the client or received form them using RefTracker.
System administrators can remove this function for all types of questions in their system using parameter 6.20, should they want to do that.
[View email message] allows the actual email to be viewed, when an email was involved. 
When the service sends a Query to client, the client’s response to that query is always filed with the query, no matter what date the response to the query was provided.
