The client receives their answer

The RefTracker staff interface training manual explains how librarians provide answers. For now, let’s look at what the client receives containing the answer and what they can do with it.

Exercise:

Students should now look in their email to see the client correspondence that has been provided by RefTracker.
The student should open the “Response to your question” email (the response will have been provided by the trainer for the purposes of this manual).
