Who can use the client interface?

• Your RefTracker licence provides unlimited access to the client interface.
• Anyone with a web browser can access the client interface – it does not use frames, and where it uses a cookie or JavaScript, sensible alternatives are provided for those without these features enabled. This means that RefTracker forms can be used by the lowest level of W3C and cascading style sheet compliant web browser, in the most restricted of environments.
• The RefTracker client interface uses responsive design that automatically reformats to suit very small screens like mobile phones.
• The RefTracker client interface functions have all been designed to be ADA (assistive device) compliant. The Request forms are fully compliant with the WCAG 2.0 standard for assistive device use.

Compatible browsers include:

– Internet Explorer 5.5 and above for clients.

– Firefox 1.0 and above including Firefox being used on a Macintosh.

– Safari 2.0

– Chrome.
