Needs attention background process

The Needs attention processes send out the Needs attention emails.  Click here for information about the Needs attention emails, and click here for information about how to set them up (see the parameters in the Processing options tab of Edit options mode).  This process can be Disabled if you are not using any of the Needs attention emails in any of your request forms, but no harm is done by leaving it Enabled.

The only parameter that you may wish to change is how frequently this background process runs, but most customers will find the 5 minute default value is appropriate.
