Code tables

Code tables allow your library to amend the contents of drop down boxes, and hence the data being recorded by RefTracker so that they meet the requirements of your library. They can also determine informational values used by staff and the system.

Because they collect data in a consistent manner, the values recorded using the code tables you create, can be used to easily create analyses of the data you have collected using Reporting>Statistical reports.

Code tables can only be edited/updated by System administrators, unless lower level users are specifically granted permission in their signon Functions, to access the code tables.
