The RefTracker Support Web Site
If you have an error, or even a question about how you can make your RefTracker system better reflect the operations of your library, please contact your RefTracker supplier.
However, we encourage you to also use the RefTracker Support web site. It is accessible from System>Utilities>RefTracker support web site and provides:
- the latest information about RefTracker including the latest release number and new features in that release.
- All the latest reference information about the product
- All the latest installation guides
- Links allowing you to report problems, ask questions, or submit enhancement requests.
- Access to all RefTracker training course and manuals, and the ability to download them for local use. The manual you are reading now is an example of the manuals available from this site.
- Access to a RefTracker system that customers can use for testing and training.
