Amending locations – using the Edit function

The Edit function is provided to allow the characteristics of existing locations to be changed.
Importantly, it allows you to set the DeskStats start and end hours (the hours that on the spot services are provided) should you need them to be different to the Work hours (the hours that your reference staff work).

If you want to be able to record work 24 hours a day, choose the 12am entry at the top of the list in Start time and the one at the end of the list at End time.

You can edit a location by clicking on the radio button next to the location that you want to amend, and then clicking on the Edit button, or you can simply click on the name of the location in the System>Locations summary screen.  You will then be presented with the Location details page so that you can make any changes that need to be made. Click on Update to save your change when you have made all of the changes that you need to make.
