Data entry fields – special fields

In addition to the code table and data dictionary fields, there are some special fields that can be used in Request forms. Special fields are formatting elements that can be used in Request forms. The available Special fields are:

• Divider: This element presents a thin line across the data entry part of your Request form.
  
• Text display: This element presents the text defined for it in the Notes field of the Request form design, on a separate line across the data entry part of your Request form.
