Utilities – Support assistance
A useful link to the RefTracker Support Web Site is provided on the page, for the benefit of System Administrators, together with quick access to forms for submitting requests for assistance from Altarama, and a link to our Knowledge base of answers to common support questions. Importantly you can obtain copies of the latest RefTracker training manuals using the Support site link. There is more information about this link later in this manual in the “Dealing with problems that might occur in RefTracker” section.
In this section we will look at the following functions under the Administration utilities, Service setup and Information headings.
