The Change screen and questions created from Request forms with Lookups

Your Request form design and Lookup definitions will control how data is stored in questions created by that Request form, and how it is displayed in the Change screen.

As with any other Request form, the Change screen will show the fields defined in that Request forms, and allow any information to be entered into any other field enabled in your RefTracker Data dictionary.

Even fields that were defined as hidden in the Request form, can be changed in the Change screen.

If an Autocomplete, Dynamic population or Post population lookups are defined in a form then those Lookups can/will be redone in the Change screen.
