RefTracker licence
This RefTracker licence page displays when RefTracker is first installed, in order to ensure that the parameters essential to initial operation of the system are entered before the system is used, and it can be viewed from System>Utilities>Information>RefTracker licence at any time.
The information and entitlements displaying in this screen are controlled by your Licence file and can only be changed through the provision of a new licence file by Altarama. If your system requires the application of a licence key, such as after increasing your number of concurrent user licences, an additional line that provides boxes for entry of the key that you are separately provided with will display. Enter the key and click on the provided Submit button in order to enable your licence entitlements.
Instructions for entry of the data required by this screen on initial installation of your system are provided in the “RefTracker Installation Instructions.doc” file provided with all installation sets to describe how the system should be installed. When you click on Save, the data entered is stored to the database, and the SQL Server Full-text indexing used by RefTracker is initialised. If the Full-text indexing fails to initialise refer to the instructions in the installation instructions document.
