How questions for follow up arrive in your system
There are a number of ways in which questions that require answers to be developed and sent to clients can arrive in your system – clients can enter them for themselves via RefTracker forms or the RefTracker widget, staff can enter them on behalf of the client, they can arrive from another RefTracker system, and they can be created from emails arriving in specific email accounts that have been set up for that purpose. Questions can even be created elsewhere and sent to RefTracker using the RefTracker API.
