Questions in review

Questions in review shows the open questions that need review with the most recently arrived question at the top by default.   Questions in review a usually question that would otherwise have been closed except for the review that is needed.  A question can be waiting on review for several reasons:

  • A reopen has been requested – the question needs to be reviewed and the request for reopen denied, the update processed as an evaluation, or the reopen processed by go ahead with working on the question.
  • An answer provided externally has arrived and needs to be reviewed before final closed (such as adding time used).
  • A KB entry need to be reviewed.
  • A question has been market as QA review by a Supervisor indicating its details need to be reviewed/corrected.
  • An answer provided by a General or Probationary user needs to be quality checked before the answer is sent to the client.

Use this screen to check that questions in review are being addressed.

You can find particular question, a subset of questions by selecting specific parameters at the top of the screen. 

The system remembers the parameters you used last time, and while you are in that screen, will continue to return to those search results, so always check that the parameters that are showing are the ones you want to use!  A popup will remind you if saved search results are being used like this.  If you leave the open question screen, such as to work on a question, when the system returns you to that screen it will offer a [Use last search results] link, that allows you to quickly go back to the search results you were working on.
