Requests on hold

The “Requests on hold” screen appears in the Open requests menu, only if any requests are currently on hold.  

It displays all requests currently on hold, clearly indicating the reminder time associated with each, in the Question summary and the Status column.  When the Reminder time expires an email will be sent to the selected staff/email address(es), and the request will be moved from the On hold screen to the Open requests screens.

Click the “On hold’ message in the status column to take you directly to the Reminders and holds screen to update or cancel the reminder/hold.

When there are requests on hold, they will be included in the Workload overview summary in the Home page, with a link back to this “Requests on hold” screen where all on hold requests are summarised.
