Other functions for answering questions

We have now successfully entered and answered a question, and saved it in the knowledge base for future reuse, but there are many other functions that we could have used in achieving that answer.

This section looks at those other functions as listed above. All are accessible from the Question actions header bar.

 Carrying on with the question we have been working with, let’s start with the Summary screen.

Exercise

 Ensure the question number you have been working with is showing in the Question number window of the Question Actions bar, then click on Summary.
