Interfacing with web based products (ILMS and online databases)

RefTracker web forms can be inserted in the web pages of other products that you use in order to allow your clients to seek assistance whilst using those pages. The “Customising your RefTracker” section of this document provides information about how variables from intelligent web pages can be passed into RefTracker forms using its URL string parameters in order to do things like passing across the details of bibliographic items being viewed in the screen from which the RefTracker form was opened.
