RefTracker and your web pages and Subject guide content

The requests that you answer in RefTracker can provide valuable information about the effectiveness of the information in your web pages, subject guides and FAQ’s.

We recommend a monthly skim through the questions and answers provided in RefTracker (use the Search>Answers with the Time period parameter set to “Last month” to quickly review the questions and answers from last month).  Do any of those questions and answers provide information that needs to be included in your web pages, subject guides, or FAQ’s?
