Report Type – Client Email Address

A report that is unique to “Source” “Client data only” is the Email addresses report.  This report provides all unique email addresses associated with closed requests during the selected time period – in other words, it provides a list of all email addresses that have used the system during the selected period – a handy thing to use for sending an email to these users with a link to a follow-up survey, or perhaps for sending outbound marketing emails to your recent users.

When displayed, this report shows the email addresses and the number of requests from each during the selected period.

When exported, the email addresses can easily be selected and pasted into an email “To:” list (your email client will semicolon separate them). This is useful for sending followup surveys to all the clients who have used your service recently.

Note that staff members wanting to do individual followup on questions should use Source Questions and then select their name in the Staff member report selection criteria, and do a Data extract report with the Text and Client fields ticked, to see details of their recently answered questions so they can do individual followup.
